My Type 남부 힙 합의 독보적 존재, 티아이(T.I.)의 5집 신작 위대함으로 남을 기대 작 4집 발매 이후 정확히 1년 3개월만인 207년 7월 3일에 발매된 T.I.의 5집 [T.I. vs. T.I.P.]는 발매 첫 주 50만장의 판매고를 기록하는 동시에 빌보드 앨범 차트 및 Rap/Hip-hop 앨범차트에 1위로 동시에 데뷔 한다. 티아이의 새 앨범 [T.I. vs. T.I.P.]는 그를 나타내는 조용하고 쿨한 성격과 공격적이고 폭발적인 성격을 나누어 그 두 가지의 캐릭터를 Act 1(자신의 성공과 비극), Act 2(자신의 고뇌), Act 3(T.I. vs. T.I.P. 의 융합)으로 나눠 표현한 컨셉 앨범이다 캐나다의 뉴스 페이퍼 [Eye Weekly]는 ‘하반기 가장 기대되는 랩 앨범’으로 손꼽았으며, 역시나 그에 걸맞게 Eminem, Jay-Z, Nelly, Busta Rhymes등 현존하는 최고의 힙합 아티스트들이 참여했다. 첫 타이틀 “Big Shit Poppin’”은 영화 [Top Gun] O.S.T.에 수록됐던 ‘Top Gun Anthem’의 기타 리프를 샘플링 한 곡으로 뉴 올리언즈 출신의 힙합 프로듀서 매니 프레시(Mannie Fresh)가 프로듀싱 했으며, 발표 직 후 빌보드 싱글 차트에 진입하면서 8월 첫 주 빌보드 싱글 차트 현재 9위에 올라 있다. 또한 첫 싱글과 함께 동시에 차트에 진입해 있는 두 번째 싱글 ‘You Know What It Is’는 퓨지스(Fugees) 출신의 와이클레프 장이 프로듀서와 피처링에 참여 하였고, 뉴욕 힙 합의 제왕 제이 지(Jay-Z)가 피처링에 참여한 ‘Watch What You Say To Me’, 넬리(Nelly)가 피처링에 참여한 ‘Show It To Me’ 그리고 ‘Touch Down’에서는 슈퍼스타 에미넴(Eminem)이 작곡과 피쳐링을 동시에 참여했다. 여타 다른 힙합 앨범과 비교 하고자 한다면 이번 티아이의 신작 [T.I. vs. T.I.P.]는 앨범 전체 중에 외면할 수 있는 트랙은 전혀 없다. 더티사우스(아틀란타, 멤피스, 휴스톤, 루이스빌, 뉴올리언즈 등 미국 남부 지역을 중심으로 유행하는 힙 합)계열의 여러 힙합퍼들이 현재도 무수히 존재 하고, 활동을 하고 있는 랩퍼의 수가 많지만, 그 사이에서의 티아이의 위치와 권위를 말하자면 전작들의 상업적 또는 대중적인 성공과 더불어 이번 앨범에 참여한 아티스트만 보아도 티아이는 ‘King Of The South’의 지위를 점점 더 확고히 굳혀가고 있다. |

- you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Queued for Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) OR - the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay OR - the ordered item is out of stock.
We accept return(s) if :- you receive a product different from your order OR - you receive a defective product.
[ Return Instructions ] ① Post a return request on our Return forum within three days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return. ② A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone. ③ Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID. Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted. Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact.
